About Me

I was born in raised in Johnson City, TN.
I decided to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where I am pursuing my major in Public Relations and minor in Business.
My time at the University of Tennessee has provided me with a great deal of experiences that will continue to enrich my life. These experiences include my membership in Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, writing for the all-greek campus newspaper: The Odyssey, and my membership in Public Relations Student Society of America.

Zeta Tau Alpha: During my time at UT I held the positions of Homecoming Chair, Fraternity/Sorority Relations Chair, and I currently hold the position of Vice President I in charge of Programs Council. Through these positions and my overall experience in Zeta has given me vast opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills as well as opportunities to volunteer and reach out to the Knoxville community. These volunteer opportunities include Race for the Cure, Dance Marathon, Habitat for Humanity, Extreme Home Makeover, and Relay for Life.

The Greek Odyssey: As a writer for an all-greek news paper, I have the opportunity to express myself to my peers through professional news media. My articles are based mainly around the lives of sorority women and my interest in sisterhood. You can view all of my articles online!

Public Relations Student Society of America: In PRSSA, members are given the opportunity to learn more about the Public Relations profession through meetings, information panels, resume' critiques, and interaction with the Public Relations Society of America.
